Presa entre uma relação abusiva e um pai desaparecido, Alice leva uma vida apática. A autocomplacência mantém-na em silêncio. Alice vê-se confrontada com a oportunidade de escapar quando se fala de dinheiro escondido. Mas os seus interesses não são os únicos em jogo. Nesta corrida pelo dinheiro, não há um vencedor garantido. 

Stuck between an abusive relationship and a missing father, Alice lives an apathetic life. The self-indulgence keeps her quiet. Alice sees herself confronted by the opportunity to escape when there are talks about some hidden money. But her interests aren't the only ones on the scale pan. In this run for money, there is no winning horse.

Um realizador, uma actriz e uma equipa viajam à boleia de amigos e desconhecidos, pelo norte de Portugal, com o intuito de criar um filme. O itinerário é um conjunto de locais tão aleatórios quanto o filme que se quer fazer. Ainda não há filme. A ideia desenvolve-se à medida que as expectativas se alteram e os diálogos se constroem, naturalmente, em cada local. 

A director and an actress embark on a trip to create a movie. Always followed by a vibrant team they hitchhike along with friends and strangers, through the north of Portugal. The itinerary is a set of locations as random as the film is desired to be. In the beginning, there isn’t a movie yet. The idea develops as expectations change and dialogues are built, naturally, in each location.

"Snow Globe" retrata a vida de uma personagem que vive numa casa isolada no meio de uma floresta. Um dia, fascinada por uma borboleta, decide persegui-la, levando-a a explorar a floresta para além do que conhecia. No entanto, é surpreendida por uma parede invisível. Esta parede torna-se uma realidade chocante para a personagem, obrigando-a a confrontar os limites do seu mundo.

"Snow Globe" depicts the life of a character who lives in an isolated house in the middle of a forest. One day, fascinated by a butterfly, she decides to chase it, leading her to explore the forest beyond what she knew. However, she is suddenly stopped by an invisible wall. This wall becomes a shocking reality for the character, forcing her to confront the limits of her world.

O desamor é o ponto de partida, mas há algo além disso. Fomos ver o mar reflete sobre crescimento e identidade. Alice e Tomé, criados junto ao rio Minho, decidem ver o mar, transformando a relação. O rio representa estabilidade, o mar renovação. Alice percebe que crescer implica deixar partir. Fechar um capítulo torna-se imperativo, mas ao fazê-lo, reflete sobre os caminhos partilhados e a distância que agora os separa. 

Heartbreak is the starting point, but there is something beyond it. We Went to See the Sea explores growth and identity. Alice and Tomé, raised by the Minho River, decide to see the sea, changing their relationship. The river symbolizes stability, the sea renewal. Alice realizes that growing means letting go. Closing a chapter becomes imperative, but as she does, she reflects on the paths they shared and the distance that now separates them.
